Crate Digger — Software

Due to the digital nature of software products, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
You must deactivate and uninstall the software
Your license key will be revoked upon refund

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the 14-day window has passed.

Reference Lab — Membership

Reference Lab is a monthly membership. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content, please contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at mark@digitalgrooveonline.com with your order details and reason for requesting a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there is evidence of abuse of our refund policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
