Crate Digger is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
Sell, rent, lease, or transfer the software
Share your license key with other users
Activate your license on more than 2 machines
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
Use the software for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
2. Activation & License Keys
Your license key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Sharing or distributing your key is prohibited and may result in license termination.
3. Audio Content & Intellectual Property
Crate Digger is a tool for organising samples you own or have permission to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any audio files in your library. We do not claim ownership of any audio content you process with our software.
4. Reference Lab — Membership
Reference Lab is a monthly membership subscription. By joining, you agree to the following:
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Track breakdowns, cheat sheets, sample packs, and other membership materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share membership content outside of the community.
Access to community spaces (including Skool or equivalent platforms) is a privilege tied to an active membership. We reserve the right to remove members for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or breaches community guidelines, without refund of the current billing period.
Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked in for as long as your membership remains continuously active. Lapsed or cancelled memberships forfeit founding pricing on rejoining.
5. Limitation of Liability
Crate Digger and Reference Lab are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages resulting from the use of this software or participation in the membership. Always maintain backups of your important audio files.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Crate Digger or Reference Lab at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the software or membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
