1. License Grant

Crate Digger is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Sell, rent, lease, or transfer the software
• Share your license key with other users
• Activate your license on more than 2 machines
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Use the software for commercial purposes without explicit written permission

2. Activation & License Keys

Your license key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Sharing or distributing your key is prohibited and may result in license termination.

3. Audio Content & Intellectual Property

Crate Digger is a tool for organizing samples you own or have permission to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any audio files in your library. We do not claim ownership of any audio content you process with our software.

4. Limitation of Liability

Crate Digger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages resulting from the use of this software. Always maintain backups of your important audio files.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Crate Digger at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of major changes that affect your ability to use the software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms, including sharing license keys, activating on more than 2 machines, or using the software for unauthorized purposes.
